• Unused or partially used services are non-refundable.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• ATMs, prayer rooms, baby care facilities, and smoking areas are available on the Plaza level.
• Valet parking, lockers, and strollers are available at an additional cost.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
• Certain experiences, such as VIP tours, driving experiences, and advanced simulators in Ferrari World, are not included in the ticket.
