How to Redeem Your Tickets

Important Information

• A valid passport or Emirates ID is required for entry.
• Age Requirements: Participants must be between 12 and 65 years old for the Sky Slide and Edge Walk. Minors aged 12–18 require parental or guardian consent in person. Children under 12 are not permitted for these activities.
• Weight Restrictions: Only individuals weighing between 30 kg and 150 kg can use the Sky Slide.
• Height Restrictions: Participants must be between 120 cm and 200 cm tall.
• Dress modestly and wear comfortable clothing. Loose attire, skirts, flip-flops, long scarves, or loose footwear are not allowed.
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations (e.g., heart issues, neck or back injuries, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy) should notify staff before participating.
• Smoking, eating, or drinking is prohibited inside the transfer vehicles.
