How to Redeem Your Tickets

• After booking, you’ll receive an e-ticket or confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Present your e-ticket or printed ticket at the ticket counter to receive your entry wristband.
• Scan the wristband at the turnstile to enter the venue and begin your unforgettable adventure.

Important Information

• For Snow Premium tickets, confirm your slot at least 48 hours before your visit.
• Ensure you bring your confirmation email for Snow Premium; check with our team if you don’t receive it.
• Ski equipment, including jackets, trousers, snow boots, disposable socks, fleece gloves, and helmets, will be provided on-site.
• Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years old.
• The Snow Bullet ride has specific requirements: children must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall, and weigh over 30 kg. Adults cannot exceed 120 kg.
• Some attractions have height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed in the Penguin Encounter area.
• Food and drinks are only permitted at Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (from 10 AM to midnight).
• There are no refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests cannot bring their own food or drinks into the park.
• Slope access is limited to experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during any tour with transfer services.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are restricted from participating in activities.
