• After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email.
• Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Print the voucher or show the mobile version upon arrival to exchange it for physical tickets.
• Your voucher contains a QR code that can be scanned at the ticket counter for entry.

Important Information

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session.
• Shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina. Transfer times may vary due to traffic conditions and your location.
• All visitors must pay an AED 5 entry fee to Creek Park using a NOL card. If you don’t have a NOL card, you can purchase one at Creek Park Gate 1 for AED 25 (with AED 19 credit).
• Children under 2 years old enter free of charge.
• For water activities, children must be 8 years old or older and confident swimmers.
• Basic amenities like seating, refreshments, and souvenir shops are available at the venue.
• Pregnant women and individuals with injuries are not permitted to participate in dolphin swimming sessions.
• Dolphin swimming sessions remain operational and can be booked during your visit.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the transfer vehicle during tours are not allowed.
