• A valid ID or passport is required for all participants.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult or guardian.
• Infants (under 2 years) can join for free if seated with a paying adult.
• For Swim & Explore activities, guests must be confident swimmers.
• Minimum age for activities is 5 years old (must be confident swimmers).
• Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled time.
• The deep-water experience reaches depths of 5.5 meters.
• All dolphin interactions include free same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Pick-up from areas outside central Dubai hotels/residences is available on request for an additional charge.
• Life jackets are provided and can be found at towel rental stations.
• Guests are required to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time to collect wristbands at the ticketing counter.
• For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to wear accessories such as watches or earrings during any dolphin activity.
• Please note that food, drink, and smoking are not allowed during transfers to and from the activity location.
