1. Pricing
We strive to provide affordable pricing and the ease of online booking. Unless stated otherwise, prices listed on our website are per person and exclude tips for guides or drivers, visa or passport fees, travel insurance, meals and beverages, accommodations, room service, or laundry expenses. Prices may be subject to change without notice due to unforeseen factors like airfare hikes, hotel rate adjustments, or increased transportation costs.
2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made via credit card, and you are required to provide your credit card details to complete the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement.
3. Payment Confirmation
After completing your payment, our team will email you a confirmation slip, which serves as proof of payment and can be presented to service providers to redeem your tour package. Ensure that the information you provide during booking is accurate to avoid issues.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation:
- Each tour, activity, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to review these policies before confirming any booking.
- For combo tours, canceling any individual component voids the combo discount. In this case, you will be charged for the remaining tours at their individual rates, and the balance will be refunded.
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
- Ensure all selected combo tour options are available at the time of booking; otherwise, you will only be able to utilize the available services or tours.
4.2 No-Show:
- Failure to attend a tour will result in no refunds, either in full or partial amounts. The same applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, and other services such as car rentals or chauffeur-driven options. Rescheduling confirmed tours, airport transfers, or related travel services is not permitted.
5. Cancellation Process
Before canceling, please review the applicable cancellation policies. Submit your cancellation request in writing to us. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you of any applicable charges via email, fax, or phone. We are not liable for cancellations not received or not confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries and services may be adjusted due to factors like weather, local conditions, or airline schedules. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternatives, subject to availability. Minor itinerary modifications may occur without prior notice or reimbursement. No compensation will be provided for changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
7. Hotel Accommodation and Check-In/Check-Out Policies
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will strive to find an alternative of similar quality and budget. Check-in and check-out policies vary by hotel, and we are not responsible for requests that hotels cannot accommodate due to scheduling constraints.
8. Travel Insurance
We are not liable for accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal items, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected events.
9. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to carry all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport or ID. Travelers from other countries should verify entry requirements, visa needs, and health regulations with their respective consulates before visiting. No refunds will be issued for missing or invalid documents.

All content on this website, including logos, images, pricing, and package details, is the property of our company. By using this website, you agree not to misuse its content for commercial, unauthorized, or illegal purposes.
11. Delivery and Shipping Policy
