How to Redeem Your Jet Ski Tour Tickets

• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your voucher.
• Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the confirmation email.
• Present a printed copy or digital version of your voucher at the location to exchange it for your physical tickets.

Important Information

• Please bring a valid passport or Emirates ID to present at the counter.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available from centrally located Dubai hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
• Participants should bring their own swimwear and towels.
• No prior experience is needed to join the activity, but participants should be able to swim or float in the water.
• Safety gear, including a personal flotation device (PFD), must be worn at all times.
• Pay close attention to the safety briefing to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted during any tour that includes transportation services.
