How to Redeem Your Tickets

1. After booking, check your email for the ticket download link.
2. Bring your e-tickets to the venue.
3. Show the e-tickets at the ticket counter to enter the park.

• A valid photo ID or passport is required for entry.
• Transfers are available only from centrally located Dubai hotels or residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina). Additional charges may apply for distant locations.
• Transfer timings may vary due to traffic or your location.
• Food, shopping, and rides are not included in the ticket price and are at your own expense.
• For safety, children must wear the wristbands provided at the ticket booths or information kiosks.
• Pets, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, and other wheeled devices are not allowed inside.
• Modest attire is required for all visitors, covering shoulders and knees.
• The last entry to the park is 30 minutes before closing time.
• Free entry is available for children under 3 years old and adults over 65.
• Tuesdays are reserved for families and women, except when it coincides with a public holiday.
• Value tickets are valid only from Sunday to Thursday, 4 PM to 12 midnight, excluding UAE public holidays and special events like National Day, New Year, and Eid celebrations.
